Residents in Burley close to this development have been informed that the developers have made a 3rd Application this time for 2 large 5 bed detached houses ! By my house and once again we will be filing an objection, thanks for the heads up. That road is bad enough and the access point is just after the corner which is a safety hazard already!

I write to let you know that the planning application is to be discussed at the next meeting of the Area Planning Panel to be held on 12 May 2011 at Shipley Town Hall Shipley at 10.00am. Please note that this application is one of a number to be considered by the Panel at this meeting. Although the Panel will endeavour to deal with all the applications where interested parties are in attendance before lunch you should be aware that, on occasions, this is not possible.
You are welcome to attend the meeting. Attached is a leaflet outlining the public speaking arrangements and what will happen at the meeting. If you have received this letter via email, the leaflet is available at the link below.
The agenda is published five working days before the meeting and is normally available to view on the Council’s website soon after at www.bradford.gov.uk/planningpanel or at your local planning office.
