We've reached the stage now, when publicity for the different events & the Festival as a whole needs to be stepped up a gear.

The small Festival organising group needs your help to do this. There are only 13 days to go.

We need people to help:

Erect bunting & banners all around Burley Parish.

Put up posters in the shops, pubs, restaurants, take-aways, churches - anywhere that people congregate. Not just in Burley, but further afield - in Otley, Menston, Ilkley, Addingham, Ben Rhydding, Guiseley, Bradford, Leeds & Skipton.

Please decorate your own home with bunting and/or flags (any kind will do), put a poster up in your front window.

We need to make people aware (& remind them) that there is a Festival taking place in Burley Parish.

There are now over 70 different events in the 10 days of Burley Summer Festival.

If you want to help - meet up outside Burley Grange tomorrow (Wednesday 18th August) at 7.30pm. We need some assistance hanging bunting & erecting banners.
