I went walking over by Otley road (the extension of main street, prior to the bypass).

I noticed lots of cut down bushes and bags of green waste. They'd been picked up by those doing community service the other week. Although its nice for the crims to be given fresh air, a legitimate excuse for casing the joint, it would have been nice if the rubbish could have been taken away, before the bags get opened and the winds blow.

It looks a lot tidier there now. But who takes the mess away ?

I gather they who did the cutting should have phoned a department to remove it, but folk don't think beyond their noses these days. So yes, I agree, there should have been better management here.
