Have just come past the Hare & Hounds on the Burley side & just below where there are sloping lawns outside some large houses was a stupid person using a blower to get rid of the leaves, fine OK, but blowing them onto the road creating a carpet of leaves is an absolutely stupid act given the road conditions at this time of year.
