Report on last Tuesdays meeting re Coop for those who could not attend in person.

I have got my eye on a piece of Bradford Council Property.
I would like to make an offer
that is realistic
but have been told that it would have to be put on the open market,
or else Property services
might be thought to be corrupt.
Could the Councillor fix this for me?
Clearly the rules that apply
to Joe Public
Don't apply to the Co op.
