Hello all,

I hope this is the right place to ask - my wife and I are looking for a 2-3 bed property to rent in the area, and, from experience, we'd rather deal directly with a private landlord than one of the agencies. Does anyone here know of a suitable property, or is there a useful shop window with private adverts we should look at when we're in the area?

Welcome to the forums Tom.

Try the Post Office in Station Road who also handles window adverts at a very moderate charge & next door is an Estate Agency.
