Last year's Christmas period was one of the most brutal ever seen, with December temperatures reaching the second coldest temperatures since records began over 350 years ago.

Due to this, thousands of Customers experienced problems reporting that they had no water, and our customer contact centre had to deal with over 50,000 calls.

This year, we are looking at being more preventative, with the launch of our cold weather campaign http://www.yorkshirewater.com/wrapup which provides information on how customers can protect their homes this winter time, and also has other great tips from customers on how you can stay safe this winter.

I wonder if you could oblige us with a copy of those temperaturs from last year.
